I bought the croissant at Bakerie in Gordon.
It has a very strong taro flavour, it reminds me of the taro milk tea, but in a luscious creamy thick shake texture. The filling is a bit too sweet by itself but it balances well with the savoury croissant.
I didn't eat it straight away so the croissant didn't have a crispy texture anymore, however, it was very soft.
I normally would like to reheat the croissant so I can bring back the fluffiness, but the taro filling stop me from doing it.
I will go back and get it again. Really recommend to people who love taro.
Beautiful Taro Croissant

The coffee from Bakerie is very nice as well. I got a soy cappuccino.

Lots of luscious taro filling in the croissant. It oozes out when I take a bite.
